Attorney Hegedus took care of a real estate closing for us and zipped us through the process quickly but you can clearly tell that he was running an experienced eye over every document before we signed.
His staff was equally sharp and on top of the documents. We also dealt a bit with Atty Stancil with whom we have had prior business experience. He is great to deal with as well.
We have used them now for wills, power of attorney for an elderly family member, this real estate closing and to successfully arrange a favorable outcome for us when sued by an unscrupulous general contractor here in Gaston County.
