Stephen has practiced law in North Carolina since 2014 and previously established his own law office in Mount Holly. A graduate of Elon University School of Law, he was a founding member of the Elon Law Pro Bono Board and gained experience with Legal Aid of North Carolina and the Alamance County District Attorney’s Office.
