Admitted to the practice of law – 1989, North Carolina. Joined the law firm of Stott, Hollowell, Palmer & Windham on September 11, 1989, working primarily with H. William Palmer in the Estates and general business areas. Now in the role of “Of Counsel” to Stott, Hollowell.Windham & Stancil, he is working with a few longtime clients and serving in an advisory role as needed.
He has served on various local charitable organizations’ boards including: The Schiele Museum & Planetarium, Gaston School of the Arts, Gaston Literacy Council and is a Past President and Treasurer of the Alliance for Children and Youth. He also is a Supporter of Catawba Lands Conservancy, Carolina Thread Trail, Schiele Museum & Planetarium, Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden, Blue Ridge Conservancy, Sisters of Mercy, Paul Fuller Scholarship Fund and other local charities.
In his time away from the office he enjoys playing Golf, listening to a wide variety of music and spending time in the NC Mountains with his Australian Shepherds.
